The staff was nice. The hotel is immaculate. The food was VERY good. I ate at Galanga one night and this was also excellent.
I was told I needed to reserve another room for my son. There were three of us and the rooms only slept two. The woman looked to be laughing at us while she was charging us double to stay there.

I adored the perfect location!!! it allowed easy exploration of main attractions. the staff was helpful and very cute. i also appreciated the well-deserved michelin star for the restaurant. It created a special dining experience, a memory to cherish.
the minibar prices seemed a bit steep. i thought some complimentary options would have been wonderful. I hoped for a small, good surprise. a gesture of that kind adds a touch of magic to a stay.

The hotel's breakfast featured a good a-la-carte menu with tasty choices, though it felt somewhat repetitive during the length of my stay. i also noticed the pastries were not as fresh as i expected from a french patisserie. That was sad. the food was AMAZING!!!
